About

I’m a Portuguese journalist, filmmaker, and cultural agitator, telling stories that resist, remember, and reimagine.

A truth seeker, freedom fighter, and service-driven spirit, embracing privilege as responsibility.

Director of short documentaries including Fragmented and The Radicals: Commons and the Housing Crisis in Berlin, and producer of Bukra - a feature film shot in the Jenin refugee camp, Palestine, capturing stories of resistance to Israeli occupation. Beyond filmmaking, I curate and produce events where activism, art, and community converge.

From touring with rock & roll bands to curating and producing the Apuro stage at Waking Life, my path bridges diverse worlds - shaping collective spaces like B. Fest, Yala, Enara, and others.

A life marked by movement:  32 homes in 33 years and a deep commitment to stories that matter, including managing a community radio station in Cape Verde at the age of 21.

My work lives at the intersection of political storytelling, cultural production, and creative rebellion,  always grounded in what’s raw, sacred, and real.

Founder of INSUBMISSA (to be launched), a platform for art and event production rooted in consciousness, ecology, and social impact; co-founder of PARA, a specialty café and cultural space in Lisbon; and Head of Production at HUMAN - Don’t Skip Humanity, an impact-driven audiovisual studio.
